Nothing appears around me.
Zula needs location access to sort places by your bearing. Open Settings › Zula Vibe › Location and choose While Using the App. If coverage has not reached your city yet, the list will be empty even with access granted — tell us where you are and we will put it in the queue.
The list does not turn when I do.
That is the compass. Hold the phone flat and move it in a figure of eight to recalibrate, and keep it away from magnets and metal desks.
Do I need an account?
No. Everything works signed out. Signing in adds one thing: the same saved list on your next phone.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Anywhere you have already looked opens instantly, in flight mode, off the phone. Photographs of places are the only part that needs a connection.
How do I save something I saw on Instagram?
Tap Share on the post and pick Zula. If it is not in the row of apps, scroll right, tap More, and switch it on once. What you save lands in You › Scratchpad with its picture and a page to write on.
Zula did not know where my saved reel was.
Usually it cannot. Instagram and TikTok hand over a link and very little else, so there is often nothing naming the place. Rather than guess — a wrong pin is worse than an open question — Zula keeps it as unplaced and asks later. Open it, type what it was called, and Zula will look for it on the map.
Can I plan a trip in it?
You › Plans. A plan holds places from the catalogue, anything in your scratchpad and notes to yourself. Set the dates and days appear; nothing has to be given a day, because most of a trip is a pile of maybes until the week before. Costs are yours to enter, in one currency, and the total only ever counts what you have actually priced.
Why is my Around screen showing another country?
Zula sorts by where you are, so with location switched off it has nothing to sort by and falls back to a world view. Turn on location in Settings › Zula Vibe › Location. If the catalogue does not reach your city yet, you will see the nearest cities it does cover — tell us where you are and we will put it in the queue.
How do I delete everything?
You › Settings › Delete account removes your synced rows and any uploaded photographs. Deleting the app clears what is on the device. If you would rather we did it, write to us.
A place is wrong, or missing.
Send us the name and what is wrong with it. Every entry was written by hand rather than scraped, so a correction goes to a person rather than a form.
Which iPhones does it run on?
Any iPhone on iOS 18 or later. Download it from the App Store.
